1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 9999pak platform — whether through a web browser, mobile browser or any application provided by 9999pak — and by completing the registration process, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions in full and agree to be bound by them. This agreement is effective from the moment your registration is confirmed.

These terms apply to all activities on the 9999pak platform including sports betting, cricket betting, PSL markets, live casino, slot games, fish games and all other games and products available within the platform. Use of any part of the 9999pak service constitutes acceptance of these terms.

2Eligibility & Age Requirements

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and participate in any activity on 9999pak. The platform is intended solely for adult players. By registering, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old at the time of registration.
• You are participating on your own behalf and not on behalf of another person.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited under applicable law.
• You are not registered as a self-excluded player on 9999pak or subject to an active account closure request.

9999pak reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. If a player is found to be under 18, their account will be closed immediately, all pending withdrawals will be cancelled and any deposits made during the underage period may be refunded at 9999pak's discretion.

3Account Registration

Each player may hold only one account on 9999pak. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of any pending bonuses or winnings associated with duplicate accounts. When registering you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information.
• Keep your login credentials secure and not share them with any other person.
• Notify 9999pak immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Update your account information promptly if any details change.

9999pak may carry out identity verification checks at registration or at any point during your use of the platform. You agree to provide any documents reasonably requested — such as a national identity card or proof of payment method — to complete such checks. Your account may be temporarily restricted pending completion of verification.

4Deposits & Payment Methods

9999pak processes all deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Accepted payment methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit cards and credit cards and mobile wallets. By making a deposit you confirm that:

• The payment method you are using belongs to you and is not operated on behalf of a third party.
• The funds you are depositing are from a legitimate source and not connected to any unlawful activity.
• You accept the minimum and maximum deposit thresholds applicable to your chosen payment method as displayed at the time of deposit.

Deposit amounts are credited to your 9999pak balance once the transaction is confirmed by the payment provider. In the case of JazzCash and Easypaisa, this is typically near-instant. For bank transfers, settlement timelines depend on the sending bank. 9999pak is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.

5Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available PKR balance at any time subject to the following conditions:

• Your account has completed identity verification satisfactorily.
• Any applicable wagering requirements attached to active bonuses have been met.
• The withdrawal is processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible.
• The requested amount meets the minimum withdrawal threshold applicable to your chosen payment method.

Standard withdrawals are processed within the timeframes published in the cashier section of your account. VIP players at Platinum and Elite tier receive priority processing. 9999pak reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before approving withdrawals above certain PKR thresholds. Any fees applied by the receiving payment provider are outside 9999pak's control.

6Bonuses & Promotions

9999pak may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback and other promotional offers from time to time. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms which will be clearly stated on the relevant promotion page. General bonus conditions include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only — specific eligibility criteria will be stated per promotion.
• Wagering requirements must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash without meeting wagering conditions.
• 9999pak reserves the right to withdraw any bonus if it is obtained through fraudulent means, multiple accounts or abuse of promotional terms.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless stated otherwise on the promotion.

7Sports Betting Rules

9999pak offers sports betting markets including cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, football and esports. The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on the platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after the point of confirmation except where a cash-out option is offered and exercised before the relevant market settles.
• Odds are subject to change up until the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at confirmation are the odds applied to the bet.
• In the event of a match or event being abandoned, postponed or cancelled, 9999pak will settle affected bets according to the rules published for that sport — typically returning the stake for single bets and adjusting accumulators to remove the abandoned selection.
• Obvious pricing errors (palpable errors) do not stand. If odds are clearly incorrect due to a technical fault, 9999pak reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes.
• In-play betting markets close at the discretion of the trading team. Late bets placed after an in-play event has already occurred will be voided.
• Maximum payout limits apply per bet and per day. These limits are published in the betting section of the platform and may vary by sport and market type.

For PSL and T20 cricket specifically, markets covering individual player performance, over-by-over runs, method of dismissal and match winner are subject to the cricket-specific rules available in the sports section of the platform. Players are responsible for understanding these rules before placing bets on specialist markets.

8Casino & Game Rules

All casino games, slot games and fish games available on 9999pak are operated using certified random number generation (RNG) systems. By playing these games you accept that:

• Game outcomes are determined by RNG and are independent of previous results — no outcome can be predicted or influenced by the player or by 9999pak.
• The RTP (return to player) percentage for each game is displayed on the game information page and represents a long-term statistical average, not a guaranteed return on individual sessions.
• Technical malfunctions void all pays and plays for the affected round. Interrupted game rounds where no result has been determined will be treated as void and stakes returned.
• Players are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before wagering. Rules are accessible from within each game.

9VIP Programme

11Player Conduct

All players are expected to use 9999pak in good faith and in a manner consistent with fair play. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Colluding with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or errors for financial gain. Any winnings derived from a known technical error will be voided.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening or harassing behaviour toward 9999pak support staff or other players.
• Attempting to launder money or use the platform for any purpose connected with financial crime.
• Providing false information during registration or verification processes.

Breach of player conduct rules may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required.

12Account Suspension & Closure

9999pak reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse or money laundering.
• Detection of multiple accounts held by the same individual.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.

Players may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting support. Where closure is player-initiated for responsible gaming reasons, the request will be processed promptly and no cooling-off period will be imposed if the player requests immediate closure. Genuine PKR balances remaining at the time of closure will be returned to the player's verified payment method following completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

13Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted, 9999pak is not liable for:

• Loss of winnings arising from technical faults, network interruptions or service outages beyond 9999pak's reasonable control.
• Losses incurred as a result of a player's failure to read and understand game or betting rules.
• Delays in deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers including JazzCash, Easypaisa or banking institutions.
• Any indirect, consequential or incidental losses arising from use of the platform.

9999pak makes reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance periods will be communicated in advance where possible. 9999pak's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform is limited to the PKR balance held in their account at the time a claim arises.

14Changes to These Terms

9999pak may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in platform features, payment methods, legal requirements or operational policy. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified via the email address or contact number associated with their account. The updated terms will also be published on this page with a revised effective date.

Continued use of the 9999pak platform after the effective date of any revised terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the updated terms, you should close your account before the effective date and request withdrawal of your available PKR balance.
